We use the picture you upload only to generate your sticker. That's it.

We don't sell it. We don't use it for advertising. We don't use it to train AI models. We don't share it with anyone beyond the providers needed to create, print and ship your order.

We do not perform facial recognition. We do not create, collect or store faceprints, face geometry, biometric identifiers or biometric templates of any kind. We never use your images to identify, verify or track a person.

The AI generates a stylised drawing from your photo — it doesn't measure or match faces.

• the photo or text prompt you submit, and the sticker generated from it
• your name, email, phone number and shipping address when you order
• order details: design, quantity, amount paid, and a Stripe payment reference
• basic technical data such as device and browser info used to run the site

We don't store your card number — Stripe handles that.

Sharing a sticker to the public Explore gallery is opt-in. If you tap share, that sticker becomes publicly visible and other users can generate new stickers in that style. Your name, email and address are never published. To have a shared sticker taken down, email us and we'll remove it.

To fulfil an order, limited information goes to a small set of providers:

• Stripe (payments) — your name, email and payment details. Stripe does not receive your photo.
• Our print & shipping provider — the finished sticker artwork and your shipping name and address, so they can print and post it. They do not receive your payment details.
• Our AI image provider — the photo or prompt, purely to generate the sticker.
• Our hosting & database provider — stores the site, your uploads and order records securely.
• Our email provider — your email address, to send order confirmations.

Some of these providers store data overseas. We only use reputable providers and only share what is needed to complete your order.

• uploaded photos: kept while your sticker is being made and for up to 90 days after, then deleted
• generated sticker artwork: kept with your order so we can reprint if something goes wrong
• order and payment records: kept for 7 years, as Australian tax law requires
• stickers shared to Explore: kept until you ask us to remove them

Email stickerflies.com@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete your images, or to pull a sticker from Explore. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep order and tax records even after deleting your images.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first — and if we can't sort it out, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Uploads and order data are stored in access-controlled storage, transmitted over encrypted connections, and only reachable by our admin account. No system is perfect, but we keep the footprint small on purpose.

You promise you have permission from everyone identifiable in what you upload, including a parent or guardian's consent for any child. Details are in our terms.
