content policy

last updated: 16 August 2026

Short version: upload your own photos, of people who said yes, and keep it kind. Here's the detail.

permission comes first

Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a person is identifiable in the picture, you need their permission — our generator renders everyone in the frame, so a group photo means everyone in it ends up on a sticker.

Don't upload photos of other people without their say-so. That includes friends as a "surprise".

children and age

Never upload a photo of a child unless you're their parent or legal guardian, or you have that person's explicit consent.

You must be 16 or older to use the generator (under 16, only with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision), and 18 or older to make a purchase.

what's not allowed

  • copyrighted characters, artwork, logos or brand marks you don't own the rights to
  • celebrities, athletes, politicians or other public figures without the rights to use their likeness
  • anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity
  • hate speech, slurs, or content attacking people over race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar
  • sexual or nude content, and anything sexualising a minor — ever
  • graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying self-harm
  • harassment, bullying, doxxing, or content designed to humiliate someone
  • impersonation, scams or misleading content

what happens if an order breaches this

We may refuse to generate a sticker, or cancel an order at any point before shipping. If you've already paid for a cancelled order, we refund you in full. Repeated or serious breaches mean we stop serving the account, and unlawful content may be reported to authorities.

the public explore gallery

Sharing a sticker to Explore is opt-in. Once shared, it's publicly visible and other people can generate new stickers in that style — so only share work you're happy for the world to see and remix, and make sure anyone in it consented to that too.

We can remove anything from Explore that breaches this policy. To take your own sticker down, or to report someone else's, email stickerflies.com@gmail.com with a link or screenshot. We review reports promptly.

how we use your upload

Only to make your sticker — never for training, advertising, or facial recognition. Full detail in our privacy policy, and the rest of the rules live in our terms.
